TICKET PURCHASES FOR ALL ADMISSIONS:  Tickets must be purchased online; For any tour sold at a specified date and time, there is a limited number of tickets available. This may vary from 20 to 90 people total. Thus, there is no guarantee that the number of tickets you require will be available to purchase when you want them; The website will not allow you to purchase more tickets than what is available. Tour spaces for the coming month are opened online at the end of the previous month, so the sooner you buy tickets after it is posted online, the more likely you will be able to purchase the number that you want. ALL TICKETS PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

GROUP INFORMATION:  KCC does not offer different rates to groups. Admission costs are the same for individuals and members of a group. Groups may purchase tickets online, the same as individuals do. For any tour sold at a specified date and time, there is a limited number of tickets available. This may vary from 20 to 90 people total. For example, if a group leader wants to purchase 55 tickets on May 17th, they can check our online calendar to see if and when a tour is offered that day. If that calendar date shows a GREEN KANGAROO, they can click on the kangaroo, see a tour time posted at 11 am and write in 55 tickets to purchase at $XX.00 each. As each tour has a limited number of spaces, there is no guarantee that the number of tickets you require will be available to purchase when you want them; The website will not allow you to purchase more tickets than what is available. Tour spaces for the coming month are opened online at the end of the previous month, so the sooner you buy tickets after it is posted online, the more likely you will be able to purchase the number that you want. If you cannot purchase the number that you want on a certain day, please try another date. BE PREPARED,  BE ACTIVE: This is a wildlife park set on 87 acres in the mountains of North Georgia; Most animals live outside, rain or shine, hot or cold. To fully experience the Center’s exhibits and walking trails, visitors should plan on walking a minimum of 1 mile, in whatever normal weather conditions occur on the day of their visit. Many paths are unpaved, mulched, grassy, on sloping ground and are not handicap accessible due to natural mountain terrain. When offered in certain tours, our KangaRanger truck can be accommodated to carry one wheelchair per tour; KCC must be notified at least one day prior to your visit for truck preparation.  Visitors in wheelchairs, using walkers, canes or having other special needs’ must have a mobile adult in their party to assist them as needed at all times while on KCC property. Please note that KangaRanger truck tours are not available all season or on all open days; Our website describes any tours currently offered.

AGE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum age for general admission is 5 years old. NO exceptions. Tickets purchased for an underage child are NOT valid and are NOT refundable. All children (17 years and under) must have an adult accompany them at all times while at KCC. Insurance requirements/ educational topics /length of tour all mandate our minimum ages.

LAWS OF NATURE!!!: Be assured that we always try our best to accommodate our visitor's interests, needs and desires within reason. Our small and versatile staff must divide our time between handling tour requirements and ensuring that all our animals are cared for to the highest standards, OUR standards, which are the reason so many visitors have supported us so much in the past decade. However, and unfortunately, we cannot control the weather on the day you visit, internet glitches that occur when you are trying to purchase tickets, published or verbal advertising information that is NOT publicly released by our own staff, or the lack of directional signs (that issue we have been working on 10 years and counting...).
